Serenity Counseling Services, Jessie Beliard is currently accepting BlueCross Blue Shields of Arizona, Cigna, E4Health and MHN. I am also in the credentialing process with other insurance companies as well and can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance company as an out of network provider. Individuals with Medicare must sign an agreement that states that they will not submit claims to Medicare. Services are an eligible expense for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). To determine how much your insurance will cover for “out of network” care, please call your insurance company and ask them the following questions.

1. What is your deductible for “out of network” psychotherapy visits with a Licensed Mental Health Counselor?

2. How much will your insurance cover for “out of network” psychotherapy visits once the deductible is met?

 

Standard Initial Consultation:

A typical initial consultation will last anywhere from 90 minutes to 120 minutes, with an average cost of $225 for initial intake.

 

Follow-up Rates:

Subsequent visits can be 45 to 60 minutes per session. Average cost for individual appointment is $120. Average cost per couple is $157.50.

Group Rates:

Each group runs for six (6) weeks and meets once a week on Tuesdays 5:30 pm - 7:15 pm. Group size: 5-10 Adults. Cost: $300 (plus supply fee)

Clients are expected to pay at initial and each subsequent appointment.
